Each CARMA short course is typically a two or two and a half day session on a research method or data analysis topic. CARMA Short Courses place an emphasis on hands-on experience and on the application of the methodology aimed at skills development through equal amount of lecture and lab-time. Instructors are leading methodological scholars recognized within the organizational studies and management areas as experts on their topics. Several are current or past editors of leading organizational journals. Our list of short courses include introductory and advanced training on topics that might not be readily available at your institution. In addition, our short courses provide students and faculty with the opportunity to network with leading scholars and other students/faculty in their areas of interest.
Please print the appropriate flyers and post them in the designated areas at your university or organization. Thank you for your help with promoting CARMA!

CARMA is proud to partner with the Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University to present the second annual SWARM (Summer Workshop in Advanced Research Methods) program.
This workshop series consists of four 4-5 day workshops on advanced regression, multi-level modeling, structural equation models, and social network analysis. These courses will be offered from June 24-July 11, and are designed to place minimal emphasis on mathematical formulas and maximize hands-on development of practical analytic skills. Instructors are world-wide faculty who not only teach methods but area mong the leading global scholars developing and extending these methods. The target audiences include doctoral students and faculty from business adminstration and the social sciences.
Although CARMA will partner with SWARM in promoting these workshops, all registration will be handled by SWARM, and there is no discount to participants coming from universities that are members of CARMA's programs.
